Directions from the north:　 Go south on I-81 and take NY exit no.1 to NY 7.　
Go south on 7 and it turns into PA 29 south.　 Stay on 29 S towards Montrose.　　
Pass a golf course and a lake on the left hand side then turn left on 167 at stop sign.　
Follow 167 pass Price Chopper shopping center. 　
Make the first right after passing the Suzuki dealer and Andre & Sons Home Center onto Old Country Rd.　
At the first stop sign turn left onto Post Pond Rd.　 The road is not marked Post Pond.　
Follow road to number 2676 Post Pond Rd.　
The number is on mailbox on the left hand side of the road.  The ashram is on the right. 　 　

Directions from the south: Go north on I-81 and take the exit toward New Milford/Montrose                                                                            　
Follow to stop and turn left on 11W.

Follow 11w to 706 West and turn right.　
Continue West on 706 to 167 and turn left.　
Make quick right onto Post Pond Rd.　　
You will not see sign for Post Pond but will see sign for the Wood Shoppe.

Follow road to number 2676.　　                                                                                
The mailbox is on the right and the ashram is on the left.
